  1. 2 kg poires
  2. 650 gr sucre
  3. 1 citron
  4. 2 càc d' arôme vanille

Instructions to make to make ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕗𝕚𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕖 𝕡𝕠𝕚𝕣𝕖𝕤/𝕧𝕒𝕟𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕖

  1. Laver les poires, enlever les tiges, couper en 2 les poires et retirer le cœur avec les graines. Couper en dés, perso je laisse l'epluchure.
  2. Mettre les poires coupées dans une casserole, presser le citron et ajouter le jus, l'arôme vanille, ensuite le sucre, mélanger couvrir et réserver minimum 4hr, voir une nuit.
  3. Après ce temps de pause, le sucre à dissous formant ainsi un sirop, mélanger et porter à ébullition +/-40min
  4. Hors feu passer au mixer et remettre sur le feu +/- 10min jusqu'à l'obtention d'une couleur un peu caramel.
  5. Directement verser la confiture dans des bocaux stérilités, fermé immédiatement le couvercle et placer les bocaux à l’envers jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient complètement froids. Vous pouvez les conserver dans un endroit frais et sec jusqu'à 3 mois.
