L’huile de sésame fait partie de mes préférées pour cette recette, mais vous pouvez opter pour une huile plus conventionnelle (olive ou tournesol). Ajouter une cuillère à soupe d’épices (pareil, je trouve que le garam massala est le mélange d’épices idéal, mais vous pouvez opter pour du curry, ou du curcuma, ou encore des épices tandoori). Ajouter du sel et mélanger avec un pinceau de cuisine.
  2. Retirer les feuilles et creuser le trône du chou-fleur. Le couper en tranches d’environ 1cm de large. Les derniers tranches de défont, c’est pas bien grave. Vous aurez au moins les 2 belles tranches du milieu pour faire ce bel « arbre » super chou!
  3. Sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier cuisson, placer vos tranches et morceaux de chou-fleur et les badigeonner de la marinade, des 2 cotés. Allez-y généreusement, quitte à refaire de cette sauce. Enfourner 25mn à 180 degrés en surveillant que ça ne noircisse pas, ça doit juste brunir. Le temps de cuisson est aussi à adapter à votre four.
  4. Quand c’est prêt, y a plus qu’à déguster!
