Ajouter dans le bol, l'oignon coupé en 4, les carottes et hacher 8sec / Vit 8. racler les parois du bol. Ajouter l'huile d'olive et cuire le tout 15min / 120°C/ Vit 1. Mettre le panier cuisson à la place du gobelet, ou le couvercle anti-projection.
- A la sonnerie, ajouter la viande hachée, le sel et le poivre. Cuire 10min / 100°C / vit 1 Sens inverse. Ajouter ensuite le bouillon, le coulis de tomate, le concentré de tomate et le sucre en poudre. Faire cuire 90 min / 95°C / Sens inverse Vit 1, sans gobelet doseur, mais avec panier cuisson ou couvercle anti-projection.
- A ce stade, vérifier la consistance, et continuer la cuisson si c'est encore trop liquide. (Personnellement j'ai suivi la recette cookomix® et j ai ajouté 60min de cuisson, mais la sauce était beaucoup trop sèche, je conseille donc de poursuivre la cuisson petit à petit si besoin, après 90min). Servir chaud sur un grand plat de pâtes.
