- 1 pâte brisée salée du commerce ou maison sur ce lien
- 250 gr ricotta
- 50 ml crème liquide
- 200 gr saumon fumé
- 1 petite courgette
- mozzarella pour les bords
- 3 càs de pesto
- Huile d olives, Sel, poivre, herbes de Provence ou Origan

- Préchauffer le four à 180°C. Préparer un moule à tarte, si pas se servir de la feuille de cuisson. Foncer la pâte, à l'aide d'une fourchette piquer le fond et le tartiner de pesto.
- Couper la mozzarella en tranches de 1cm et recouper en 2 sur la longeur, placer la mozzarella sur tout le bord de votre tarte et replier sur la Mozarella
- Facultatif saler et poivrer la ricotta(saumon fumé très sale) verser la crème liquide, mélanger le tout et en couvrir le fond de tarte.
- Découper des morceaux de saumon fumé et en répartir. Laver et couper en fines rondelles la courgette et disposez-la selon votre fantaisie sur le saumon.
- Un filet d'huile d'olives *perso je le fais aiu pinceau plus light 😋* sel, poivre, quelques herbes de Provence. *facultatif 1 oignon coupé en lamelles, que vous répartissez sur les courgettes. Facultatif badigeonner les bords de pesto. Au four à 180°C +/-50min
- Pour un apéro, attendre un peu avant de servir et si c'est pour un apero, laisser complètement refroidir pour découper et passer au four quelques minutes avant de servir.
