- 300 g pommes de terre (sans peau)
- 100 g champignons
- 40 g fromage râpés
- 50 mL lait de soja (ou de vache)
- 1 petit oignon

- Couper les pommes de terres en petits morceaux puis les faire cuire à la vapeur pendant 25 minutes
- Pendant la cuisson des pommes de terre, couper les champignons en lamelles et émincés l'oignon.
- Dans une poêle faire revenir l'oignon et les champignons avec un peu d'huile et quand les champignons ont perdus la moitié de leurs eaux ajouter les lentilles et continuer à cuire quand les champignons ont complètement réduits.
- Préchauffer votre four à 180°C.
- Dans un bol mettre les morceaux de pommes de terre cuites et les écraser en purée à l'aide d'une fourchette, saler et poivrer. Ajouter le lait et recommencer à écraser pour obtenir une purée lisse.
- Ajouter la poêlée de lentilles, oignons et champignons dans votre plat en répartissant bien.
- Ajouter la purée sur le dessus en étalant équitablement. Et mettre le fromage râpés par dessus.
- Mettre au four pendant 25 minutes jusqu'à ce que le fromage est gratinés !
- Accompagner votre plat avec une petite salade verte 😉
