- 250 g champignons de Paris frais
- 3 carottes
- 200 ml d'eau
- 200 ml vin blanc

- Poivre
- 1 jaune d'œuf
- 2 cuillères à soupe crème épaisse légère
- 30 g beurre
- 30 g farine

- Épluchez et coupez en 4 l'oignon. Épluchez et coupez les carottes en rondelles. Rincez et essuyez les champignons de Paris et coupez aussi en 4

- Passez en mode sous pression pour 35 min.
- Une fois la cuisson terminée, égouttez l'ensemble en gardant le jus.
- Dans la cuve, passez en mode cuisson douce, faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez la farine, bien mélanger, ensuite ajoutez le bouillon et laissez épaissir en remuant régulièrement pendant une dizaine de minutes.
- Ajoutez le jaune d'œuf et la crème, bien mélanger. Ajoutez ensuite le mélange viande/ légumes. Et laissez encore cuire une quinzaine de minutes. C'est prêt 😀 Bon appétit 😋
