Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Orangette:
- 8 oranges Navels
- 1050 g sucre en poudre
- Chocolat noir à fondre
Steps to make to make Orangette
- Prenez 8 oranges lavées (Navel si possible) et découpez les en rondelles (entière et demi) et en coupant la peau (pensez à retirer l'orange afin de laisser juste la peau blanche).
- Plongez les dans un litre d'eau avec une pincée de sel (environ 5g). Portez à ébullition et laissez 10min. Une fois le temps écoulez rincez les abondamment.
- Replongez les dans un demi litre d'eau avec 650g de sucre, portez à ébullition et laisser 10min. Filmez votre casserole et laisser reposer 8h minimum.
- Au bout de 8h, mettez 100g de sucre, portez à ébullition et laissez 10min. Filmez de nouveau la casserole et laissez 8h minimum.
- Renouvelez l'opération avec les 100g de sucre 3 fois.
- Une fois toutes les étapes passées essorez les oranges dans du sopalain afin de retirer le maximum de sucre et posez les sur une plaque de papier sulfurisé. Faites les sécher au four 5 à 10min sur chaque côté à 120°.
- Une fois cette étape passée, coupez en lamelle vos peau d'orange. Puis plongez, tranches, quartiers et lamelles d'orange dans du chocolat noir.
- Laissez refroidir au frigo et il n'y a plus que DÉGUSTER. 😊
