- Beurrer le moule versez y la pâte et mettez au four pour 50 a 1h de temps. Entre temps préparez le sirop en mélangeant le sucre et L'eau et mettre au feu,une fois a ébullition et un peu réduit éteindre le feu et hors feu ajouté le jus de citron et mélangez.
- Le cake prêt démouler et badigeonnez le de sirop, laissez absorber.
