- Abaisser la pâte sur 4 à 5 mn d’épaisseur. Détailler un cercle de 24 cm, foncer votre cercle. Verser la crème pâtissière et lisser avec une spatule. Découper un second cercle de 20cm et déposez le sur la crème.
- Avec un pinceau dorer avec le mélange jaune d’œuf /lait et rayer le dessus de la pâte bec une fourchette pour former des croisillons.
- Préchauffer votre four à 160 degrés et enfourner pendant 40 minutes environ.
- Laisser complètement refroidir.
