- Disposer votre pâte brisée sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson ou garder le papier d'origine. Au centre placer un bol repaire. Préchauffer le four à 180°C Disposer la garniture en laissant 2 cm des bords et à 2 cm du bol
- Enlever le bol, couper en 8 le centre et rabattre les bords du centre vers les extrémités. A un.peu d herbes de Provence ou Origan ppuyer légèrement sur les pointes pour qu'elles adhérent aux bords.
- Ajouter les tomates coupées, saler,poivrer. Rabattre les bords et badigeonner le tout d'œuf,ajouter une peu d'origan ou herbes de Provence
- Au four à 180°C +/- 30min
