  1. Dans une poele ayant au four préchauffer l'huile et faire sauter les crevettes, assaisonner avec une pincée de tous les èpices puis rèserver dans une assiette.
  2. Mettre les moules dans une casserole, assaisonner de sel et poivre puis couvrir d'eau et laisser cuire à feux moyen jusqu'à l'ouverture de tous les moules puis égouter et réserver.
