  1. Mix the chana daal with daal mash clean & soak for half an hour. Now make masala in pressure cooker,chop the onion fry for golden brown add little water,now add all spices n veg ingredients cook it until tomatoes are soft or oil separats.
  2. Take some tari on masala we use it at the end.Wash the daal properly, add daal & water close the pressure cooker for 10 mints.when you open it pour tari on daal add qasoori methi, coriander leaves & garam masala.turn off the flame,daal is ready.👏
