  3. Dans un saladier ou la cuve du robot, casser 4 œufs entiers, verser 150gr de sucre, 2cc d'arôme vanille, 120gr de farine, 1 pincée de sel
  4. Mélanger le tout et ensuite incorporer un peu à la fois le lait, jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte homogène.
  5. Verser la pâte dans chaque ramequin mettre à four +/-25 min pour des ramequins individuels ou +/-40 min pour un grand plat à 180°C Servir tiède
