- 𝑷𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒂 𝒄𝒓è𝒎𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒆 Séparer les jaunes des blancs, verser les jaunes directement dans le bol du robot, réserver les blancs, ajouter le sucre blanc et sucre vanillé aux jaunes et blanchir le tout.
- Ajouter le mascarpone aux jaunes blanchis, fouetter le tout.
- Ajouter une pincée de sel au blancs, les monter en neige, ajouter en 2 parties les blancs en neige au mélange mascarpone.m, mélanger délicatement.
