- On étale chaque boule en longueur, badigeonne la pâte avec un peu d'eau puis rouler la pâte sur elle-même pour former un boudin (Appuyer sur la pâte pour souder les rebords)
- Déposer les boudins sur un plat allant au four et badigeonner de j d'un œuf laisser reposer pendant 20 min
- Avant d'enfourner les brioches, inciser les avec un couteau de façon à mettre des traits sur la surface
- Enfourner à 180 ° pendant 20 min
- Pendant ce temps préparer le chocolat, verser le lait dans une casserole puis ajouter le chocolat à tartiner mettre sur un feu doux et bien mélanger jusqu'à obtenir une crème de chocolat laisser refroidir avant utilisation
