- Préchauffez votre four à 180° position grill.
- Lavez et coupez les extrémités des aubergines. Les couper en tranches pas trop épaisse dans le sens de la longueur. Sur une plaque avec une feuille de cuisson. Posez les tranches d'aubergines et les huiler au pinceau.
- Enfournez pour 10 min, retournez les et enfournez encore pour 10 min. Vous aurez 2 fournées a faire.
- Dans une sauteuse, faites chauffer un peu d'huile d'olive et mettre l'oignon et l'ail quelques secondes.
- Ajoutez les 2 boîtes de concassées de tomates, le concentré, le persil, le paprika. Salez poivrez a votre convenance. Faites mijoter à couvert 20 min, ensuite encore 5 min à découvert.
- Ajoutez le bœuf haché, continuez a petits bouillons pendant environ une dizaine de minutes. Faire réduire un peu le liquide. Préchauffez votre four à 210°.
- Dans un plat a gratin. Poser une couche d'aubergines. Ensuite la moitié de la sauce viande/ tomates. On recommence avec les aubergines, la sauce et on termine par les aubergines.
- Recouvrir de mozza râpé
- Enfournez 10/15 min a 210°. Le temps de bien faire dorer le fromage.
