  5. Recouvrir avec la deuxième forme et bien fermer les bords en appuyant avec le bouts des doigts. Mettre au frigo pendant 1 heure.
  6. Préchauffer le four à 190°. Dorer toute la surface du feuilleté avec le reste d'œuf battu. A l'aide d'un couteau pointu, strier harmonieusement la pâte sans oublier les bords. Piquez au couteau sur toute la surface de façon à laisser s'échapper la vapeur à la cuisson.
  7. Enfourner à 190° pendant 40 mn (+ou- selon le four) BON APPETIT !!!
