- 1 œuf
- 10 g beurre
- 50 ml lait
- 50 g crème épaisse
- 60 g d'emmental râpé

- 1 oignon émincé

- Préparer la purée : Laver, peler et couper les pommes de terre en gros morceaux. Les mettre à cuire dans l'eau bouillante avec 1/2 cube de bouillon de volaille.
- Pendant ce temps, faire revenir l'oignon émincé dans un fond d'huile d'olive, une fois qu'ils sont translucides, ajouter la sauce tomate. Émietter 1/2 cube de bouillon de volaille, assaisonner avec les épices, sel, poivre et herbes. Mélanger.
- Ajouter la viande la hachée et laisser mijoter en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu'à cuisson de la viande.
- Pendant ce temps préparer la purée : Égoutter les pommes de terre cuite, et les mettre dans un saladier. Les écraser à l'aide d'un presse purée ou d'une fourchette, y ajouter le beurre, le laisser fondre et mélanger. Ajouter ensuite l’œuf, le lait, la crème, l’emmental, la muscade, sel et poivre.
- Battre au fouet électrique à grande vitesse de manière a obtenir une purée lisse.
- Préchauffer le four à 180°. Dans un plat a gratin, déposer la préparation à la viande, tasser et y déposer dessus la purée de pomme de terre. (j'ai mis la puée dans une poche avec une une douille cannelée pour un joli effet).
- Enfourner sous le grill quelques minutes. Servir chaud !
