- Faire revenir l’oignon émincé, puis verser les pâtes dans la poêle mélanger jusqu’à ce qu’elles deviennent translucides.
- Ajouter 2 louches de bouillon et remuer. Rajouter de nouveau du bouillon dés que le liquide est absorbé, répéter l’opération jusqu’à ce que les coquillettes soient cuites.
- Pour finir ajouter le comté râpé, la crème fraîche et le thon émietté. Mélanger délicatement. Servir parsemer de ciboulette.
