  3. Préparez l assiette mettez d'abord le riz le premier puis au-dessus les dés de poulet et la salade vert et le poivron vert coupés on rondelles et les œufs brouillés cuits avec sel et poivre.
  4. Decourez la assiette avec des fleurs de tomate et carottes et les rondelles de citron et menthe et persil.
