  7. Ajouter les poivrons, la courgette et les pousses de bambou et mélanger régulièrement pendant 2 minutes.
  8. Verser la sauce dans le wok et mélanger.
  9. Dans une assiette creuse, dresser le riz dans un coin puis le curry de l'autre. Décorer l'assiette avec deux feuilles de basilics Thaï.
