- On ajoute le jambon. On ajoute l'huile d'olive. On ajoute le bouillon de volaille émietté. On ajoute un peu de poivre. On ajoute de l'eau (environ 40 à 50 cl). On remue tout ça.
- On ajoute les asperges et on remue délicatement. On met à chauffer jusqu'à disparition de l'eau, à feu couvert. Dans la mesure du possible, couvercle en verre avec petites ouvertures ; couvercle en verre pour surveiller sans ouvrir, les ouvertures pour que la vapeur s'échappe un peu mais pas trop rapidement.
- Après cuisson, on ajoute la crème, le parmesan et on remue. On vérifie l'assaisonnement au cas où avant de servir. Bon appétit !
