  1. 2 feuilles des algues Nori
  2. 100 g riz basmati cru Thaï ou 300 g de riz cuit
  3. 1 carottes râpée
  4. 1 petite boite de thon au naturel- 93 g
  5. 1 c à s de mayonnaise
  6. 2 feuilles de salade coupées
  7. 1 échalote
  8. 1 œuf
  9. 1 c à s de gingembre mariné @Saitaku
  10. 1 c à s d'huile d'olive
  11. 1 c à s de sauce Teriyaki @Ayam
  12. 1 c à s de sauce Mirin @Saitaku

Instructions to make to make Maki rapides

  1. Battez l'œuf en omelette, salez, poivrez. Faites chauffer 1 c à s d'huile dans une petite poêle. Versez les œufs battus quand l’huile est bien chaude. Quand l’omelette est presque prise retournez-la et laisser cuire encore 2 minutes. Sortez et laissez refroidir. Pliez en 2 l'omelette et coupez-la en fines lamelles. Épluchez, lavez et râpez la carotte. Épluchez et coupez finement l’échalote. Faites chauffer 1 c à s d'huile d'olive dans une petite poêle, sautez moitié de l’échalote coupée,
  2. Réchauffez un peu votre riz, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de l'eau si besoin. Assaisonnez : vinaigre de riz ou sauce mirin, sel, poivre. Le riz doit rester chaud pour le travailler bien, passez vos mains dans l’eau froide avant de le manipuler. Il n'est pas nécessaire de ramollir les feuilles d'algues avant emploi elles absorbent l'humidité du riz et vont s'assouplir le temps de la garnir.
  3. Préparez vos Makis : Coupé en 2 les feuilles de nori. Coupez un carré de film alimentaire légèrement plus grand que votre moitié de feuille de nori. Placez-le sur la table, placez la feuille de nori sur le dessus avec le côté brillant vers le bas. Mouillez-vous les mains (gardez un petit bol d’eau à portée) et attrapez une poignée de riz. Étalez-la uniformément sur la feuille de nori sur 3/4 de la surface. Laissez un peu d'espace libre en haut.
  4. Placez le reste des ingrédients sur le riz : les carottes, la salade, l'omelette, le thon.. dans l'ordre que vous souhaitez. Il suffit de rouler serré la feuille à l'aide du film alimentaire et de l’envelopper complètement dedans. Attende au moins 10 minutes (ou mettez au frigo et coupez avant de servir) et coupez en -5-6 portions avec un couteau tranchant (lavez et séchez le couteau chaque fois).
  5. Plus qu’à choisir entre la sauce soja sucrée et sauce soja salée comme accompagnement. Vous pouvez ajouter du wasabi ou du piment pour les palais les plus fougueux.
