- 6 poivrons couleur de votre choix ou mix
- 600 à 650gr d'haché de bœuf ou mélange bœuf/porc
- 2 œufs
- 60 gr Parmesan
- 50 gr mozarella
- /-150gr de lait
- 140 gr pain blanc (4 tranches)
- 1 petit bouquet de persil ou 1càs de menthe sèche
- 1 gousses d'ail
- Pour gratiner +/- 20gr de chapelure et 20gr de parmesan
- herbes de Provence ou Origan ou menthe sèche
Instructions to make to make ℙ𝕠𝕚𝕧𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕤 𝕗𝕒𝕣𝕔𝕚𝕤 à 𝕝'𝕚𝕥𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕟𝕖
- Couper les croûtes du pain et tremper les mies dans du lait et réserver.
- Lavez les poivrons, couper le capuchon et nettoyer l'intérieur du poivron,enlever toute la partie blanche ainsi que ses graines.
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C Dans un saladier ajouter la viande, essorer les mies de pain et l'ajouter à la viande,(ou 3càs de chapelure) ajouter le parmesan et la mozzarella, le persil, ou ma menthe sèche, les œufs, la gousse d'ail pressée, sel et le poivre malaxer le tout.
- Remplir les poivrons de la farce, huiler un plat, y déposer le les poivrons, saler, poivrer.
- Pour gratiner couvrir chaque poivron d'un peu de chapelure, parmesan, ajouter soit herbes de Provence ou Origan ou menthe sèche, passer au four statistique 40min à 180°C et 20 min four ventilé à 180°C
