- 1 petite aubergine. 2 grosses tomates
- 2 boules de Mozarella

- 2 çà s de pesto, recette sur ce lien
- Huile d'olives, sel, poivre, herbes de Provence ou Origan e

- Laver et couper les légumes en fines tranches couper aussi la mozarella. Préparer le plat de votre choix allant au four, un filet d'huile d'olives.
- Presser 2 ou 3 gousses d'ail et répartir. Préchauffer le four à 180°C
- Préparation des portions de légumes, disposer sur un plateau ou une planche les tranches de courgettes vertes(ou selon votre fantaisie) par grandeurs, ensuite à l'aide d'un pinceau les badigeonner de pesto.(pas besoin de saler, le pesto est déjà salé)
- Ajouter les tranches de courgettes jaunes, saler poivrer.
- Ajouter les tranches de tomates (perso j'ai coupé la tranche en 2) Sel, poivre.
- La Mozarella et badigeonner de pesto (pas besoin de saler, le pesto est déjà salé)
- Ajouter l'aubergine, saler, poivrer. Voilà vos portions sont prêtes.
- Disposer dabs le plats les portions de légumes selon votre fantaisie. Ajouter quelques rondelles sur les bords pour resserrer le tout. Ajouter un filet d'huile d'olives, sel, poivre.
- Herbes de Provence ou Origan et parmesan Au four couvert d'une feuille d'alu ou Téflon cuisson 40 min couvert, enlever la feuille de cuisson et cuisson encore +/-25 à 30 min.
