  5. Arrosez de bouillon auquel vous aurez ajouté l’eau des coquillages filtrée ainsi que le spigol ou rizdor et le safran. Répétez l'opération jusqu'à ce que le riz soit cuit.
  6. Incorporez les moules et coques décoquillées. Décorez avec les gambas et les coquillages, le chorizo.
