Il faut compter en tout 20/25 mn de cuisson. Pendant la cuisson du riz, faites cuire les cèpes dans le reste de beurre pendant environ 7 mn. Ajoutez le sel et le poivre. Mélangez délicatement avec le riz, parsemez de persil haché, de parmesan et des lamelles de cèpes crus. Dégustez aussitôt ! Bon appétit !
