  5. On met 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive dans une poêle et on y dépose notre viande. On fait revenir des deux côtés pour leur donner une jolie couleur.
  6. Une fois l'étape achevée, on dépose nos deux osso buccos dans un récipient avec la chair de tomate. Ils sont pas bien là ?
  7. Pendant ce temps, on fait déglacer tous les sucs de la poêle avec le vin blanc. On verse ensuite le contenu de la poêle dans la cocotte et on y ajoute la tomate et la viande.
